About the Author

Abundant Life Today is written by Cheryl Frerichs. Cheryl is passionate about helping those who are hurting - those who are lost, tired, hungry, feeling rejected, wounded or unloved. Her greatest desire is to introduce others to the One who can meet ALL their needs and show them the way to truth, healing and wholeness. 

Over the years, Cheryl has served as a teacher in children's ministry, women's ministry, in the areas of missions and outreach, pregnancy resource center ministry and in church administration. Most recently, she served as the district administrator for Foursquare churches in the southeastern United States.

Cheryl is married with three children. She considers being a wife and mother her first ministry and greatest blessing. She loves to write, cook, travel and garden. Currently, she resides just outside Atlanta, Georgia.
